MyChempaka is structured so onboarding begins with the full experience, then steps down into Basic without shutting down the workflow. Stronger MYC upgrades are introduced only when the business case becomes real.
This gives sales, onboarding, and support teams a cleaner commercial story to tell: start with confidence, protect continuity, and scale monetization when usage is ready.
Merchant App, Driving_MYC, and Stay App begin with 3 months of full version access so setup, training, and first transactions can move with stronger confidence.
After the trial, accounts do not close. They step down to Basic so daily operations, team access, and customer flow can continue without unnecessary disruption.
MYC handles upgrades and add-ons, while selected daily flows can generate value through a 2% transaction layer and later connect into Maybank2e.
